Arklow CBS 5-11
Colaiste an Átha Kilmuckridge 4-5

A strong second-half surge, driven by an excellent display from the CBS midfield, proved enough to book their place in the South Leinster final following a high-scoring encounter in Ferns on Wednesday morning.
With a stiff breeze at their backs in the opening half, CBS wasted no time in setting the tempo. Inside seven minutes they were three to the good, thanks to tidy efforts from Lucas Reid, Ciaran Mellon and Ollie Madigan. The Wexford side briefly stemmed the tide with a point from Daniel Fox but CBS quickly regained control in the middle third, where Reid, Ryan Mellon and Senan Byrne all split the posts from distance to stretch the advantage.
Despite CBS’s bright start, the hosts struck back sharply, bagging two goals in as many minutes through Ivory and Alex Dwyer to haul themselves into contention. The Arklow men responded immediately, Mellon landing a fine long-range point to level matters once more. The Wicklow boys finished the half strongly, with Stephen Byrne firing to the net and further scores from Madigan and Mellon keeping them in front, despite another reply from Ivory again . At the interval, CBS held a four-point cushion.
On the restart, the now-favourable breeze helped Kilmuckridge chip away at the margin, but a Reid brace — the midfielder proving a handful throughout — restored CBS’s breathing room. Ten minutes into the half, the Wexford outfit found the net again through a substitute, only for CBS to hit back moments later when Eoghan Killoran crashed home a goal at the clubhouse end.
From there, CBS pressed on ruthlessly. The final quarter belonged entirely to the Arklow side, who rattled in three goals — Madigan striking first before Reid and Mellon added further majors to put the tie beyond doubt. The home side tacked on a late goal and point, but they were little more than consolation as CBS marched deservedly into the decider.
